THEY SAY THE NEON LIGHTS ARE BRIGHT . . . AND HAVE SPACE RESTRICTIONS: First, Joe Pantoliano's Ralph Cifaretto gets hacked to bits on The Sopranos. Then his name gets hacked to bits for his Broadway debut. Pantoliano now stars in Frankie and Johnny in the Claire de Lune at the Belasco Theatre, but the Belasco marquee isn't wide enough fit his name, the New York Post says. So theater officials went with his nickname, "Joey Pants."
