Couples: Come clean on clutter with the expert

Organizing expert Michelle Passoff, author of Lighten Up! Free Yourself from Clutter, will be in town next week to present her annual decluttering workshops.
From 7 to 10 p.m. Tuesday, she will offer her "Cover the Basics" seminar, in which she explains how to "identify clutter hot spots, create an action plan to clean them and learn skills to make room for more of what you want." Registration is $47.
From 7 to 10 p.m. Thursday, Passoff and her partner, Andre Kupfermunz, will present "From the Battle Ground to Common Ground: Cleaning Clutter for Couples." Registration is $57 for two.
The seminars will be at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites/Clearwater Central, U.S. 19 N at Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard, Clearwater.
Passoff also is available for private sessions of three to four hours at $100 an hour.
