WHEN/WHERE: 6:30 p.m.; Network Associates Coliseum, Oakland, Calif.

TV/RADIO: Ch.10; WQYK-AM 1010, FM-99.5.

LINE: Raiders by 8.

OF NOTE: The Raiders pounded the Titans 52-25 in their meeting this season as Oakland quarterback and NFL MVP Rich Gannon threw for 381 yards and four touchdowns against one of the league's weakest pass defenses. Titans coach Jeff Fisher is getting his much-clamored-for rematch. The Raiders have had problems in the secondary with injuries to key players such as Phillip Buchanon and Rod Woodson, who had three interceptions against the Titans in September. The Titans are 11-1 in their past 12 yet will not have a Pro Bowl representative. If you're looking for star power, this game has plenty. The Titans are led by quarterback Steve McNair, who hasn't been healthy all season, running back Eddie George and a talented corps of receivers. The Raiders boast 40-year-old Jerry Rice and 36-year-old Tim Brown as Gannon's primary targets.
