Tough season
Injuries have plagued the 26-year-old cornerback for most of the season. He missed five games early with a broken right shoulder sustained against the Steelers in Week 2, when he landed with his arm extended. He returned for five games but missed three more with a cracked fibula in his right leg.

Happy Return
Woodson returned for the two playoff victories, making five tackles in games against the Jets (30-10) and Titans (41-24). Considered one of the premier cornerbacks in the league, he will be a big part of his team's efforts to slow Tampa Bay's passing game that has been productive in victories against the 49ers and Eagles.
