Comparisions right down the Hall

Lynn Swann, a 2001 Hall of Fame inductee and current analyst for ABC, compares some current Bucs with members of the Hall of Fame:
Derrick Brooks: "Derrick reminds me of (former Pittsburgh Steeler) Jack Ham, and he's a little bit like Lawrence Taylor. He's fast, he likes to hit, and he has the ability to cover receivers."
Warren Sapp: "Deacon Jones. Like (former Ram) Deacon, Sapp is emotional and kind of goes to his own beat. He's very intense, and very flamboyant."
Simeon Rice: "Simeon is a little like (former Viking) Alan Page, especially with the height and the speed and the arm span. I think Page was a little more cerebral in how he played, but Simeon, he's just got so much athletic ability."
Keyshawn Johnson: "I don't think there's a big wide receiver in the Hall of Fame like Keyshawn. Maybe a guy like Lance Alworth."
Mike Alstott: "Larry Csonka. He's the same kind of back. He's more of a fullback, but they're both real strong runners who come right at you."
Brad Johnson: "Let's see. ... smart, always under control, studious. ... not a real emotional player ... like Bob Griese. Bob was a bright guy and a good leader like Brad. I think Brad's arm might be a little bigger."
Ronde Barber: "Mel Renfro, or maybe like the Detroit Lions guy, Lem Barney. They have the same kind of size, all are great hitters and very smart players."
