MARCELO CARUSO

WHO HE IS: Member of Oldsmar City Council

HOW HE GOT TICKETS: "I bought my ticket from a friend in St. Petersburg. I have so many friends in Tampa, St. Petersburg and Los Angeles who are going. One of my friends who isn't going asked me if I wanted to go, and I said, "Sure, why not?"'

HIS STORY: "I am flying to Los Angeles this morning. A friend is going to meet me there, and we are going to drive to San Diego. I'm coming back Tuesday. I went to the World Cup in 1982 in Spain. I was 11 years old and went with my parents. I compare the Super Bowl to the World Cup. Only this time, I'm 31 and I'll have a lot more fun."
