Here's a look at some of the new businesses setting up shop in the area:
FRIES WITH THAT BURGER: Steak burgers and milk shakes are their specialty, but soups, salads, grilled chicken and chili and spaghetti dinners are also a big part of the Steak 'n Shake menu. The restaurant at 2567 E. SR 60 in Valrico opens on Feb. 19. It will be open 24 hours. 657-3558.
PIZZA CHAIN EXPANDS: Westshore Pizza opened Jan. 21 at 1279 Kingsway Road in Brandon. Besides pizza, the eatery also serves Philly cheese steak sandwiches, calzones and salads. It has seating for 44 and a big screen television. Takeout and delivery are also avaible. Hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. 661-2424.
