Business in brief Chiropractor named to national association

Dr. Clayton W. Hopkins has been named delegate for north Florida to the American Chiropractic Association. Hopkins is owner and operator of Hopkins Clinic for Physical Medicine in Pinellas Park. He also is president-elect of the Pinellas County Chiropractic Society.
Businessman elected to Boy Scout council
Scott Payne, chief executive officer of ICARE Industries, has been elected president of the West Central Florida Council of Boy Scouts of America. Payne rose to the rank of Eagle Scout within the West Central Florida Council, and his son, Danny, became an Eagle Scout in February 2000.
