U.S. Air Force Airman First Class Anthony A. Poppick, son of Steven and Robyn Poppick of Palm Harbor, graduated from electrical and environmental specialist technical training at Sheppard Air Force Base in Texas. He will be assigned as an electrical engineer apprentice to Travis Air Force Base in California and has applied to be a member of a flight crew. He has earned second level squadron leader and continues his cross country conditioning. Poppick, a 2002 graduate of the Palm Harbor University High School medical magnet program, joined the Air Force in July 2002.
Navy Seaman Recruit Devin A. Casson, son of Lisa C. Moore of Largo and Dale A. Casson of Largo, recently graduated from basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill.
Marine Corps Pvt. Jesse J. Wood, son of Juli R. Radloff of Largo, recently graduated from basic training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, S.C. He is a 2001 graduate of Seminole High School.
Coast Guard Seaman Christina S. Skinner, daughter of Kathie A. an Kenneth W. Skinner of Clearwater, graduated from the U.S. Coast Guard Recruit Training Center at Cape May, N.J.
Coast Guard Seaman Apprentice Zachary D. Farley, son of Trish A. Farley of Largo, was recently promoted to his current rank. Farley, who joined the Coast Guard in November 2002, is stationed at the Coast Guard Training Center at Cape May, N.J.
