From Florida Power chief to TECO partner

Joe Richardson, who was president and chief executive of Florida Power Corp. in St. Petersburg until its sale to Progress Energy, now works with TECO Energy of Tampa. Not as an executive but as a partner.
Richardson is president and chief executive of Global Energy, an Odessa company that makes highly energy-efficient air-conditioning units. A TECO subsidiary is using Global Energy's equipment to provide new or retrofitted AC equipment for 15 post offices in Florida.
