Teri McGinnis has been appointed by Crown Community Development as marketing director for Seven Oaks, the 4,000-home master-planned community it is developing in southeast Pasco County. McGinnis will be responsible for all sales and marketing activities for the community. She will oversee builder and Realtor programs and will handle media and public relations. A licensed Realtor, she brings more than a dozen years of sales and marketing experience to Seven Oaks. Most recently, she was the sales director for Arbor Greene, a master-planned community in New Tampa. McGinnis is president of the Sales and Marketing Council of the Tampa Bay Builders Association, a member of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors and the Women's Council of Realtors. A native of San Angelo, Texas, McGinnis attended C.W. Post Center of Long Island University, Greenvale, N.Y. She lives in Temple Terrace.
Inland Homes has named Shawn Finnimore sales professional for the master-planned community of Oakstead in Land O'Lakes and Cortney Overstreet as sales professional for the gated community of Ivy Lake Estates in Odessa.
The Bilirakis Law Group P.A. and the law offices of Attridge, Cohen and Lucas P.L. are forming a third law office in Palm Harbor. The new law office is called Bilirakis, Attridge, Cohen, Hittos and Lucas, L.L.C. The law office will have nine attorneys handling such matters as real estate, personal injury, wills, trusts and tax, criminal law and family law.
Katherine Wentz of Katie Acres Riding School and Stable in Hudson was certified by the American Riding Instructors Association (ARIA) as a Level II instructor in recreational riding and a Level 1 instructor in hunt seat.
