For a reservation and free parking permit, call (813) 974-5166. Senior Hall of Fame nominations The City of St. Petersburg's Office on Aging is accepting nominations for the Senior Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame honors seniors for outstanding contributions of time and talent to the community. Nominees must be 65 or older, a year-round resident of Pinellas County for more than three years, and have provided a community service to St. Petersburg. Anyone wishing to make a nomination should submit the nominee's name, address, phone number, birth date and a 200-word summary of the reason for the nomination. Pinellas County seniors can make a friend through the Gulf Coast Community Care Adopt-A-Grandchild program. Volunteers spend two to four hours a week with children participating in activities they both enjoy. Children and seniors are matched based on location and mutual interests.
