Top five movies
1. Spirited Away -- The Academy Award winner for Best Animated Feature gets a second chance in theaters before Disney sends it to home video on April 15.
2. Chicago -- The celebrated Broadway hit becomes a movie that really moves, full of sexy struts, a dynamic score and action ingeniously transferred from stage to screen. Winner of six Academy Awards, including best picture of 2002.
3. The Pianist -- Roman Polanski's tragic story of a Jewish musician (Oscar winner Adrien Brody) escaping Nazis in the Warsaw ghetto concentrates on psychological terror. Polanski and Ronald Harwood's screenplay also won Academy Awards.
4. Adaptation -- Nicolas Cage plays a screenwriter suffering from writer's block on an arty project while his twin brother (also Cage) breezes through writing a cliched script. Chris Cooper won an Oscar for best supporting actor.
5. Bringing Down the House -- The concept is tired, but Oscar nominee Queen Latifah (Chicago) and Oscar host Steve Martin rise above it to make this comedy worth a look and a laugh.
