The homes: They range from beach cottages to contemporary homes. The house featured here was built on the site of the home where the residents had lived for almost 18 years. The three-story house, designed by architect Vaughn McCarthy, offers great views over Boca Ciega Bay toward Shell Island and the Tampa Bay ship channel. From the private deck off the master bedroom the homeowners can simultaneously see the fireworks on July 4 in Tierra Verde, St. Petersburg and St. Pete Beach.
