So far, it seems The Bachelor likes the Tampa Bay area.
At least, that's one conclusion to draw from Wednesday's episode of ABC's reality romance series, in which bachelor Andrew Firestone included two of three area women among 15 contestants selected to move to the contest's next round.
Firestone chose Christina Sztanko, 24, a realtor from Palm Harbor, and Kirsten Buschbacher, 23, a merchant for an e-commerce site from Valrico. But 26-year-old New Port Ritchey pharmacist Jennifer Buttacavoli was left at the altar, so to speak, with nine other women.
In fact, Buschbacher emerged as a favorite early on, drawing complimentary comments from Firestone the moment she stepped from a limousine to meet him and emerging as the first woman picked for the next level.
