Charles E. Good has been promoted to executive vice president and senior credit underwriting for Premier Community Bank of Florida, Largo. Good was senior vice president/credit administration.


Joe Martin has been named project manager/land division for Ryland Homes, Tampa. Martin was a construction manager for E.O. Koch Construction Co., Sebring.


Robin Miller has been named loan officer for Homestar Mortgage Services, Palm Harbor. Miller was a broker for Allstate Funding, Tampa.


Jennifer Monrose Moore has been named a partner at the law firm of Ford & Harrison, Tampa. Moore was an associate.

Peter W. Zinober and Richard C. McCrea have been included in the Best Lawyers in America for 2003-04. Zinober and McCrea are partners in the law firm of Zinober & McCrea, Tampa.


Howland Foster has been named senior vice president for F.K. Instrument Co., Clearwater. Foster was senior vice president of Syncro Vac Inc., Milpitas, Calif.


Ted Fleming has joined Accent on Tampa Bay, a monthly magazine from AM Publications, St. Petersburg, as a sports columnist. Fleming is publisher and editor of the Tampa Bay Sports Net Web publication, St. Petersburg.


Donna Kelley has been named director of human resources for the Pinellas Association for Retarded Children, St. Petersburg. Kelley was human resources director for Emergency Providers Inc., Kansas City, Mo.


Stan Coveleskie has been named to the National Truck Equipment Association's board of trustees, serving in the association's distributor category. Coveleskie is president of SIA Truck Bodies, Largo.


Mike Mayo has been named deputy administrator for the Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections office. Mayo was a legislative assistant for former state Sen. Charlie Crist and was public affairs director for the Pinellas Realtor Organization, St. Petersburg.


Westfield Homes Tampa Bay Division, Tampa, announced the following promotions: Bev Garrett and Frank Messina, to area sales managers. Garrett and Messina were sales representatives.


Tray Miller has been promoted to customer service manager for ExitNow Inc., Redington Beach. Miller was a customer relations specialist.
