Digital Lightwave revealed further details about its financial woes in a filing Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Clearwater tech company said it lost $63.5-million or $2.03 per share in 2002. The company had provided only partial, unaudited results in an earlier filing.
Digital also confirmed that Jabil Circuit of St. Petersburg was the manufacturer that has filed an arbitration proceeding seeking damages of more than $6.7-million.
Creditor Micron Optics of Atlanta has filed for arbitration seeking more than $500,000.
