The Oscar-winning actress gave birth to Carys (pronounced KEHR'-is) Zeta Douglas on Sunday in Ridgewood, N.J., near the couple's Manhattan home. The baby weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces. The couple also has a 21/2-year-old son, Dylan Michael. It's the second child for Zeta-Jones and third for Douglas, who has 24-year-old son, Cameron, from a previous marriage. Zeta-Jones, 33, won this year's best supporting actress Oscar for Chicago. Douglas, 58, won the best actor Oscar for 1987's Wall Street. He and his actor-father, Kirk, co-star with Cameron in the new comedy It Runs In the Family opening Friday. Dangerfield released from hospital LOS ANGELES -- Comedian Rodney Dangerfield was released from the hospital Monday, nearly two weeks after undergoing brain surgery to increase his blood flow for an upcoming operation. The 81-year-old comic planned to continue his recovery at home in preparation for heart valve replacement surgery in nearly two months, according to his spokesman, Kevin Sasaki. Choreographer Cholly Atkins dies Cholly Atkins, who choreographed the smooth moves of countless Motown artists and won a Tony Award for Black and Blue, has died. He was 89. Mr. Atkins died of pancreatic cancer Saturday night at a hospital, according to his family. Born Charles Atkinson on Sept. 13, 1913, in Pratt City, Ala., he worked with countless Motown artists over the years, including the Cadillacs, the Supremes, the Temptations, Gladys Knight & the Pips, Smokey Robinson and the Miracles, Aretha Franklin and Marvin Gaye.
