Livestock, two days of raucous hard-rock revelry brought to you by WXTB-FM 97.9 (98 Rock), gets its 13th incarnation this weekend at Zephyrhills Festival Park.
If you love your music loud and your crowds big -- more than 30,000 turned out last year -- this is the place for you. For the many who camp on the grounds, the party starts Friday morning (do not turn up Thursday, organizers warn). Bring your patience; traffic lines are long getting to and from the site.
Music begins at 10 a.m. Saturday and Sunday at the park, off U.S. 301 in Zephyrhills. Tickets are $46.98 (plus service charges) in advance, $65 at the gate. Tickets include admission both days. No pets, camcorders, coolers, beepers, cell phones, lawn chairs, or cameras (video or still) permitted in concert area. Camping ($50 for the weekend) is available on site beginning at 10 a.m. Friday; no electrical hookups. (813) 287-8844 or (727) 898-2100.
