Scott M. Jacobsen has been named senior vice president and manager of middle market banking for the Bank of Tampa. Jacobsen was the west coast commercial banking sales manager for AmSouth Bank, Tampa.

Michael Huff has been named a project manager for TriMar Construction Inc., Tampa. Huff was vice president for Pre-con Construction Inc., Tampa.

Dr. DeWitt Wilkerson has been named to the Governing Council of the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry and the board of directors of the American Equilibration Society. Wilkerson is the director of clinical studies for the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study and is a partner at DuPont, Wilkerson, Grundset, Daxon and Scott Dentistry P.A., St. Petersburg.

David M. Vosen has been named to the board of directors for Aerosonic Corp., Clearwater. Vosen is president of SouthTrust Bank, Tampa.

Eastern Ribbon & Roll Corp., Clearwater, has announced the following appointments: Alan Lapping, director of manufacturing; and Rick Spiegel, production manager. Lapping was president of PCCS Inc., High Point, N.C.; Spiegel was production manager for Sandt Products Inc., Lancaster, Pa.

David Vega has been named operations manager for McNichols Co., Tampa. Vega was director of services in charge of operations and logistics for Taco Metals, St. Petersburg.

St. Joseph's Hospital Foundation, Tampa, elected the following officers and trustees. Officers are: William O. West, chairman; Trevor Smith, vice-chairman; Melissa Helms, secretary; and John Barrett, treasurer. Trustees are: John Barrett, Belinda Wilson and Dr. Pallavi Patel. West is executive vice president of the Bank of Tampa; Smith is president of Reveley Resources Inc., Tampa; Helms lives in Tampa; Barrett is president of First Citrus Bank, Citrus Park; Wilson is assistant vice president of SunTrust Bank, Tampa; and Patel is a pediatrician in Tampa.

The Tampa Bay Suncoast chapter of the Association of Fund Raising Professionals, Tampa, announced its 2003 officers and board members. Steve Baker has been named information technology manager at Modern Business Associates, St. Petersburg. Baker was a network engineer for Epix, Tampa.

Preserve on the Bay, Tampa, announced the following appointments: Kim Rospendowski, property manager; Cindy Wilkey, assistant manager; and Meredith Rizzo, leasing consultant. Rospendowski was community director for Walden Management, Tampa; Wilkey was an assistant community manager at St. James Crossing, Tampa; and Rizzo was a leasing market specialist for Apartment Search, St. Louis.

Aleah Joos has been named manager of the home design center at Ryland Homes, Oldsmar. Joos operated her own design firm in Tampa.
