PORT RICHEY - Two people on two straight nights got into trouble at the same bowling alley bar and claimed they were law enforcement officers, authorities said.

About midnight Friday, a bouncer at the Hurricane Bar inside Lane-Glo Lanes North bowling alley, 6935 Ridge Road, asked 22-year-old Clayton Guy Michaud to leave, according to a Pasco sheriff's report.

Michaud of 427 Silas Court, Spring Hill, told employees who threatened to summon police to "call my people." He then picked up his cell phone and began talking in police jargon, as if talking to a dispatcher, the report states. Michaud told deputies he worked for the "OPP," which he said was the Ontario Provincial Police. At first he said he didn't have his badge, then changed his story to say it was a "misunderstanding" and he never worked for any police department.

The following night, about 1:30 a.m., the same bouncer asked Louis Giampavolo, 54, to leave after a fight broke out among some patrons.

Giampavolo of 7409 Trouble Creek Road was at the Hurricane with his son, Timothy. The two had been drinking when they got into a fight, according to a sheriff's report. Louis Giampavolo was bragging that he was a police officer and didn't have to leave, the report states.

When sheriff's deputies arrived, Giampavolo claimed he was a retired officer from New Jersey. When asked to show a police badge, he refused three times, the report states.

After his arrest, deputies found a West New York police badge No. 41 in his right back pocket. Giampavolo said it belonged to his son, the report states.

Michaud was charged with falsely impersonating an officer. He posted $1,500 bail Saturday. Giampavolo, facing the same charge, remained in the Pasco County jail at Land O'Lakes on Sunday. Bail was set at $2,500.

Couple jailed as they try to get back together

HUDSON - A couple who say they are reconciling their relationship wound up in jail Saturday on charges of violating domestic violence injunctions against each other.

Allen Farmer, 60, and Lucy Farmer, 48, of 13545 Park Lane told deputies they were "in the process of getting back together," according to a Pasco sheriff's report.

But each had an injunction against the other, dictating there be no contact. Allen Farmer told a deputy he thought the injunctions had been dropped, the report states.

Both Farmers remained in the Land O'Lakes jail Sunday held on $250 bail.

47-year-old charged with exposing himself

NEW PORT RICHEY - A 47-year-old man is in jail after authorities said he exposed himself and masturbated in front of a child.

Two adult witnesses told sheriff's deputies that Frank Daniel Trovato of 4112 Savage Station Circle pulled down his pants in front of a 6-year-old girl, according to a report. The witnesses, identified only as adult men, also said Trovato masturbated in front of the child.

Trovato told deputies he didn't remember masturbating, but realized his pants were down in the girl's presence. He was charged with lewd and lascivious conduct and remained in the Land O'Lakes jail Sunday in lieu of $7,500 bail.
