MOON LAKE - A 40-year-old Moon Lake man was arrested early Wednesday after authorities said he assaulted a teenager.
Frank David Sebaugh IV, 12425 Banbury Ave., was arrested on charges of aggravated battery and criminal mischief.
A 13-year-old boy told Pasco sheriff's deputies that Sebaugh stabbed him in the chest with pliers or clippers about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, leaving a small cut. Sebaugh also sliced the tires on the teen's bicycle and severed several spokes, an arrest report states. Sebaugh also spat on the teen, deputies said.
Sebaugh was arrested earlier this month on a charge of aggravated battery after deputies said he drove a car toward four young boys, who dived in a patch of woods.
The boys told deputies that Sebaugh then pointed his headlights toward them, pointed a handgun out the window and fired four shots in the direction of the boys. They were not injured.
Sebaugh was released from the Land O'Lakes jail Wednesday on $6,000 bail.

NEW PORT RICHEY - A 19-year-old New Port Richey man was arrested Wednesday after he led authorities on a high-speed chase through Pasco and Pinellas counties, police said.
Thomas Steven Manaras Jr., 9806 Middlecoff Drive, was arrested on charges of fleeing to elude and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
A New Port Richey police officer tried to make a traffic stop on the 1996 Chevrolet that Manaras was driving. Manaras ignored the emergency lights and sirens and accelerated about 3:47 a.m. Wednesday off Adams Street in New Port Richey, police said. He drove through stop signs as he led officers on a chase through Pasco and Pinellas counties, police said.
Manaras' car was stopped after two tires went flat, police said. He ran from police and was stopped by a Pinellas County officer in Holiday, police said. Manaras was held at the Land O'Lakes jail Thursday on $13,750 bail.
