Heri Hernandez has been named vice president and general manager for Sea Hawk Refinish Line Inc., Clearwater. Hernandez was a new account specialist for the West Coast of Florida for DuPont Automotive Refinish, Seminole.

Premier Community Bank of Florida, Largo, announced these promotions and appointments. Promotions are: Brad McMurtrey, to president; and Paul V. Mellini, to president and chief executive of P.C.B. Bancorp Inc., parent company of Premier Community Bank. Appointments are: Kevin Kelso, senior vice president of lending. McMurtrey was executive vice president in charge of lending; Mellini will continue to serve as chief executive for Premier Community Bank of Florida; and Kelso was vice president of lending for Northern Trust Bank, St. Petersburg.

Mark Dawson has been promoted to president for Wachovia Bank, St. Petersburg. Dawson was senior vice president/commercial banking division.

Hennessy Construction Services, St. Petersburg announced these appointments: Christopher L. Norton, a senior project manager; and Thomas D. Canning, project superintendent. Norton was a senior project manager for Skanska USA, Tampa; Canning was a self-employed general contractor doing business as Canning Construction Co., St. Petersburg.

Sembler Co., St. Petersburg, announced these appointments and promotions. Appointments are: Josh Beyer and Mario Cerrato, development managers; Colleen Sloane-Seale, staff account; Zofia Whiting, property management accountant; Joan Silves, asset manager; David Owen, in-house counsel for the build-to-suit division; David Motley, construction manager for the build-to-suit division; and Carrie Schuldt, marketing director for BayWalk. Promotions are: Stan Flack, to director of construction/Florida division; and Greg Race, to director of development for the build-to-suit division. Beyer was a project manager with EMK Consultants, Tampa; Cerrato was site development coordinator for Greenberg Farrow Architects, Atlanta; Sloane-Seale was a staff accountant for Bankers Insurance Group Inc., St. Petersburg; Whiting was an accountant for PFS Accounting and Tax, St. Petersburg; and Silves was a senior asset manager for Equity Investment Group, Clearwater; Owen was a lawyer with Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor, Reed PA, Orlando; Motley was a project manager for Hawkins Construction, Tarpon Springs; Schuldt was sales marketing manager for WFTS-Ch. 28, Tampa; Flack was a construction manager; and Race was development manager.

Michelle Lovins has been named marketing coordinator for TBE Group, Clearwater. Lovins was marketing coordinator for American Consulting Engineers, Land O'Lakes.

Cheryl Hill has been named general manager for the Tampa Bay Palm Bay Restaurant. Hill was assistant general manager for the Orlando Palm Bay Restaurant.

Michael O. Sullivan has been named chief financial officer for Omega Insurance Services, St. Petersburg. Sullivan was chief financial officer for UTEK Corp., Plant City.

Gwen Schroder has been named a consultant for Waters Risk Management, Pinellas Park. Schroder was a senior consultant for First Florida Insurers, Tampa.

John W. Robinson IV has been elected by the American Inns of Court Foundation to serve as trustee for the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Robinson is a shareholder at the law firm of Fowler White Boggs Banker, Tampa.

Terre Jeffcoat Paz has been named senior account manager for the creative show service division of Audio Visual Innovations, Tampa. Jeffcoat Paz was the business development manager for BVP, Tampa.

Laura Brady has been promoted to account executive for BVP, Tampa. Brady was an office manager.
