Based on the legend of a cursed ship whose captain, the Flying Dutchman, must sail forever until he finds a faithful woman, the relatively short work features Simon Estes as the Dutchman, with Lisbeth Balslev as the woman who swears fealty to him, and Matti Salinen as her father, Daland.
