The Storm outgained the Drive 116-23 on the ground to win its second ArenaBowl and deny future Tampa Bay coach Tim Marcum the title for the second time in three seasons.
Les Barley led a six-man rushing attack with 49 yards and a 4-yard touchdown on six carries.
Storm quarterback Jay Gruden was 18-of-32 for 204 yards and three touchdowns to earn MVP honors.
Arden Czyzewski scored 15 of Tampa Bay's points, including making field goals of 24, 47 and 26 yards.
Storm lineman Keith Browner was named ironman of the game after recovering a fumble in the end zone for one touchdown and catching a 9-yard pass from Northeast High graduate Bobby Byrd for another.
