Rum tasting.

Avast, ye scurvy barkeeps and swillers of grog. You can sump the so-so and taste the yo ho ho at a real rum bar, like St. Bart's Island House in Tampa, which stocks 50 brands. Most nights you can sample three for $10. At a $19 tasting (6 to 9 p.m. Sunday), you can try Haitian Barbancourt, Rhum St. James from Martinique, Nicaragua's Flor de Cana, Ron Matusalem of old Cuba, Venezuelan Pampero and dozens more of the Caribbean's true spirit.
