COURT SERVICES: The Clerk of the Circuit Court in Brandon will offer additional services on July 3 to compensate for the temporary closure of the downtown Tampa office, which will undergo fumigation. The office at the Brandon Crossings Shopping Center, 10065A E Adamo Drive, will offer family law, marriage license, official records and probate services. Call 276-2029 Ext. 402.

ARTWORK ON DISPLAY: Two members of the Brandon League of Fine Arts will exhibit their artwork in July at these locations: pencil drawings by Jeff Gardner at Valrico State Bank, 1815 State Road 60 in Valrico, and digital art by Ilia Kilpatrick at the Republic Bank, 404 Oakfield Drive, Brandon. NEW BETA CHI OFFICERS: Clara Younggren is the new president of the local chapter of Beta Chi of Epsilon Sigma Alpha in Brandon. Also inducted during a recent meeting were Anne Dake, vice president and parliamentarian, Gail Rushing, treasurer, Lidian Barry, education director, Carlie Parker, secretary and philanthropic director, and Chris Conklin, chaplain. Gail Satterwhite performed the installation ceremony. She is a member of Alpha Rho of Epsilon Sigma Alpha and is a state officer. The chapter meets the second Tuesday of each month. Call 657-4603.

TEACHER'S ART SHOW: Art teacher W.G. Manley will have a one-man show throughout the month of July at the Mook Gallery of Center Place, 619 Vonderburg Drive in Brandon. The show, Thoughts and Images, uses a variety of materials and subject matter. His primitive, urban style fluctuates between pop art and abstract expressionism. A reception will be held from 6 to 10 p.m. July 11 at Center Place. The showcases of Center Place will feature miniature artworks by Brigitte Mailahn. Call 685-8888.

MILITARY OFFICERS TO MEET: The Military Officers Association of America will meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Community Hall, 1910 S Pebble Beach Blvd. at Sun City Center. Cadet Col. Stormy Williams of East Bay High School's ROTC will accept a $50 U.S. Savings Bond and plaque. LTC Brad Reinert Sr., deputy commander of the 6th Air Mobility Wing, MacDill Air Force Base, will be the guest speaker. Cost is $10. Call 877-332-3016.
