Pafunda takes Armwood job

By PETE YOUNG
Published July 2, 2003

Academy of the Holy Names athletic director Jeff Pafunda has left the school for a teaching position at Armwood.

Pafunda lives about 1.5 miles from Armwood, and he cited the location as the primary reason for the move.

He was athletic director at AHN since 1993 and coached the girls basketball team to a 62-55 record from 1998 to 2002.

He will teach physical education at Armwood and fill a to-be-determined coaching position.
