GENEAOLOGY GROUP MEETS: The Brandon Area Genealogical and Historical Society will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Historic Seffner Schoolhouse, 1209 N Kingsway Ave. in Seffner. Scott Peeler, genealogist and historian, will preview the Federation of Genealogist's Society 2003 Conference scheduled for September in Orlando. Call 684-5455. SOMETHING FOR NOTHING: Fantasy of Flight is offering free admission to active military personnel through Dec. 1.

The aviation-themed attraction features more than 50 vintage aircraft, World War II full-motion flight simulators, daily restoration and back-lot tours, seasonal biplane rides and hot-air balloon flights.

Any active duty personnel in the Coast Guard, Army, Air Force, Navy or Marines who shows a valid military ID at the ticket counter will be admitted free.
