Q: What would you be doing if you weren't playing baseball?

A: No clue.

Q: What was it like to break in with the White Sox after growing up in the Chicago area?

A: Fun in a way, but annoying because it was my first year and everyone wanted something.

Q: Can someone who grew up a Cubs fan enjoy playing for the White Sox?

A: Whatever team is paying your bills is who you're a fan of.

Q: In a word, what was it like to be on the Double-A Birmingham team in 1994 when Michael Jordan played?

A: Circus.

Q: Is there anything special about being one of the few Jewish players in the big leagues?

A: I get to take a holiday (Rosh Hashana) off.
