The Jackson 5 - complete with Michael Jackson - are reuniting for a tour and a new album, reports Ananova.com.

The news was revealed by Jermaine Jackson, who told BBC Three's Liquid News that the new album would be released to coincide with the tour. The last time the original members performed together was at a concert in 2001.

Jermaine said he wasn't worried about Michael's fame eclipsing that of the family group when they go on tour.

Judge finds Nolte didn't violate probation

Nick Nolte didn't violate his probation because there was nothing to support an anonymous allegation that he had been seen driving away from a liquor store while appearing to be intoxicated, a judge ruled Friday.

"Unfortunately, because of what you do for a living, you're going to be exposed to this," Superior Court Judge Lawrence Mira said.

"It was just false allegations," Nolte said outside court in Malibu, Calif.

The 62-year-old actor, dressed neatly in a dark jacket and slacks, made a brief court appearance with his lawyer. The judge ordered a Jan. 20 progress report on his probation in a driving-under-the-influence case.

Nolte pleaded no contest last December to a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of drugs after his Mercedes-Benz was seen swerving on Pacific Coast Highway near his Malibu home in September.

Lollapalooza cancels N.Y. stop over slow ticket sales

The July 26 stop in Syracuse, N.Y., of the Lollapalooza tour has been canceled because of slow ticket sales and higher production costs at the venue, the 30,000-seat Vernon Downs racetrack, Lollapalooza officials said Thursday.

The venue required new production facilities, according to Lollapalooza. Two other dates have also been canceled.

The tour, which will visit 30 cities by the time it wraps Aug. 24 in Portland, Ore., features Jane's Addiction, Queens of the Stone Age and Audioslave.
