LOS ANGELES - A landscaper once employed by Elizabeth Taylor has sued the actor alleging he was wrongfully terminated after turning down a sexual advance from another employee.
Willem Van Muyden's civil suit, filed in city court last week, also named Taylor's house manager and butler, Jean-Luc Lacquement, as a defendant.
A message left for Taylor's publicist was not returned. Lacquement could not be reached.
Van Muyden said in court documents that Lacquement made a sexual advance toward him in July 2002 in Taylor's kitchen.
Van Muyden said he pushed Lacquement away. Van Muyden and his wife were terminated.
