Stones - American Stage opens its season with Todd Olson's direction of Stones in His Pocket by Marie Jones Sept. 12-Oct. 12. $22-$32.

Guys - Venue Ensemble Theatre stages The Guys by Anne Nelson at the Sunshine Center in St. Petersburg. $8, $10.

Debut - Stefan Sanderling conducts his first program as music director of the Florida Orchestra Sept. 25 and 27. $21-$45.
