Fine Homes By Design Inc., 3802 Gunn Highway, Suite D, Tampa, received these awards at the Aurora Awards Ceremony at the Southeast Building Conference: Aurora Awards for attached-for-sale home ($300,000-$500,000) and residential development under 100 acres for the Keys at Harbour Island, Tampa; and a Grand Aurora Award for the attached-for-sale home ($300,000-$500,000) for the Keys at Harbour Island.


Avid Engineer, 2300 Curlew Road, Palm Harbor, announced these contracts: Corporate Properties of Tampa Bay LLC, services include master design and permitting for on-site access, stormwater and water-sewer improvements for the proposed mixed-use project, two 10-story buildings with 20,000 square feet of ground retail space, three-floors of parking, 20,000 square feet of office space and four-floors of residential space in addition to a 3,600 square foot retail building with three drive-throughs and a 10,000-square-foot sit-down restaurant, on 4.70 acres, between Fountain Parkway and Carillon Parkway in Carillon Town Center, St. Petersburg; Beazer Homes, for design and permitting for on-site access, stormwater and water-sewer improvements for the proposed residential project and possible roadway improvements to Gandy Crest Drive and water main utility improvements, 55-unit townhome development to be known as Venetian Bay Phase II, on 4.8 acres, Gandy Crest Drive, St. Petersburg; and DR Horton Homes, for design and permitting for on-site access, stormwater and water-sewer improvements for the proposed residential projects: 177-unit triplex townhome project on 15.19 acres, Gateway Boulevard, Pasco County; and 54-townhome units, on 14.2 acres, Fourth Street S and Sunrise Avenue, St. Petersburg.


Coast Trust Co., 1300 N West Shore Blvd., Suite 150, Tampa, announced this contract: Merchants & Southern Bank, Gainesville, for trust and investment management services to its banking clients.


Coldwell Banker F.I Grey & Son Inc., 6328 U.S. 19, New Port Richey, announced this sales transaction: Marlene Fortune-Cornelius Ashtabula, Ohio, to Investment Property Exchange Services, California, 94-units/lots mobile home park on 9.12 acres, 6547 Backwater Drive, New Port Richey, $1.1-million.

Rubin Real Estate Inc., 15500 Roosevelt Blvd., Suite 301, Clearwater, announced these lease transactions: Carr-Rubin Associates LLP to Carrco International Inc., 2,524 square feet, 13191 56th Court, Suite 201, Clearwater; Carr-Rubin Associates LLP to Utilities Marketing Group LLC, 4,536 square feet, 13161 56th Court, Suite 210 and half of Suite 209, Clearwater; and Rubin Automobile Boulevard Ltd. to QA Worldwide Inc., 14,325 square feet, 4740 126th Ave. N, Suites D-P, Clearwater.
