Michael F. Southward has been promoted to division manager for Lennar Homes' Tampa division. Southward was vice president of Lennar's North Florida land division.

Thomas Hartman has been named vice president/wholesaling division for First Financial Securities LLC, Tampa, an affiliate of First Financial Companies. Hartman was a branch manager for Scottrade, Tampa.

Edward L. Buksas has been named vice president of operations and supply chain management for SRI/Surgical Express Inc., Tampa. Buksas was vice president and general manager for Allegiance Healthcare, a division of Cardinal Health, Milford, Mich.

Lewis F. Collins Jr. has been elected secretary-treasurer of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel. Collins is a partner in the law firm of Butler Pappas Weihmuller Katz Craig LLP, Tampa.
John M. Fitzgibbons has been inducted as a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Fitzgibbons is a criminal trial lawyer and maintains a private practice in Tampa.
