Jack Rowland, photo technology director of the St. Petersburg Times, will present Tips, Tricks, and Gadgets for Digital Photography at Tuesday's meeting of the Tampa Bay Computer Society. Gunnar Rivas will offer a series of free computer classes at the Countryside Library, 2741 State Road 580, Clearwater. Sponsored by the Compurunner users group, classes in English start at 10 a.m. and in Spanish at 2 p.m. The classes are: basics of the Internet, Saturday; Internet and e-mail, Sept. 27; introduction to Word, Oct. 4; making your own audio, graphics and video, Oct. 11; introduction to Linux, Oct. 18; and advanced programs, Oct. 25.
