THONOTOSASSA - Shawn Pumphrey answered a knock at his door at 8:15 a.m. Wednesday for a woman he didn't know who was asking to speak to someone he didn't know.

When Pumphrey, 23, tried to close the door, the woman's two male companions pulled guns and forced their way into the house at 11940 U.S. 301.

The threesome used plastic zip-ties to bind the hands of Pumphrey and his wife, Lori, 25, behind their backs. They then stole money, credit cards, an Xbox video game, stereo and other items.

Another man, whom Lori Pumphrey said she has known for 10 years, entered the house before all four fled in the couple's car, a silver, two-door Honda Civic, Lori Pumphrey said. She said she used to work with the fourth suspect at KFC.

After the robbers left, Shawn Pumphrey, a construction worker, cut the plastic ties and called 911.

Lori Pumphrey, a student at Florida Metropolitan University, said they had no reason to suspect anything unusual when they heard the knock at the door.

"This is a trailer park," she said,. "people come by all the time. Kids come and offer to take out the garbage."

Sheriff's deputies are looking for a 5 foot, 3 inch, 115 pound Hispanic woman; two 5-foot, 8-inch, 185 pound Hispanic men, one of whom has one eyebrow with three shave cuts; and a 5-foot, 9-inch man who weighs about 175 pounds and has a shaved head and blue eyes.
