Gwen Hines has been named corporate director of human resources for the TBE Group, Clearwater. Hines was human resources manager for Assurant Group Consumer Services, Tampa.

Bill Maloney has been elected to the board of governors for the Florida Institute of CPAs. Maloney is a partner at Tatum Partners, Tampa.

Dolores S. Seymour has been named one of Florida's Top Women in Commercial Real Estate by the Florida Real Estate Journal.
