BENGALS: Shayne Graham had three field goals Sunday, the longest from 39 yards, at Buffalo in a game played in a persistent drizzle and a strong, cold wind off of Lake Erie.

BILLS: Buffalo improved to 18-9 in overtime games. ... Defensive end Aaron Schobel had his first career interception, coming down with the ball after linebacker London Fletcher tipped a pass.

BRONCOS: Jason Elam (1,244 points) moved past former Dolphins and Chiefs kicker Pete Stoyanovich (1,236) for 20th on the league's career scoring list. ... Clinton Portis' 65-yard touchdown run was his longest and the longest by a Bronco since Mike Anderson's 80-yard TD against Seattle in 2000.

BROWNS: Coach Butch Davis beat the Steelers for the first time in six tries and Cleveland won in Pittsburgh for only the sixth time in 33 tries since 1970.

CHARGERS: Coach Marty Schottenheimer is 0-5 for the second time in three years. Two seasons ago, he started 0-5 with the Redskins, finished 8-8, then was fired and replaced by Steve Spurrier.

CHIEFS: Tony Gonzalez has a reception in 41 consecutive games. He tied Otis Taylor for second on the team's career list with 410 and is six from tying the club record of Henry Marshall (1976-87).

DOLPHINS: Safety Brock Marion was called for a taunting penalty after making an interception. ... Patrick Surtain had two interceptions and has four in the past three weeks.

JAGUARS: Safety Donovin Darius was called for two 15-yard penalties, one for a flagrant face mask and one for roughing the passer, which nullified an interception on San Diego's final scoring drive.

PATRIOTS: Adam Vinatieri missed field goals of 34 and 39 yards after going 19-for-20 from inside 40 the past two seasons.

RAIDERS: Jerry Rice had three catches for 51 yards, with Oakland not fully taking advantage of the league's all-time leading receiver being defended many times by rookie Charles Tillman, making his first start for the Bears.

STEELERS: Of Tommy Maddox's eight interceptions this season, three have been returned for touchdowns and a fourth was returned to the Pittsburgh 1, leading to another touchdown. ... Pittsburgh is 2-3 for the fourth time in five seasons; it recovered to go to the playoffs last season, but not in 2000 or 1999.

TITANS: Craig Hentrich, normally a punter, was 3-of-7 in field goals in his 10 seasons and hadn't made one since 1995 before last month. This season he is 4-for-4.
