SEMINOLE - The Friendship Force of the Suncoast will introduce 17 visiting Russians from St. Petersburg to its members at the club's regular meeting at 4:30 p.m. Saturday at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 10891 102nd Ave. N.

The visitors include four professors of law, two judges, businessmen and a representative of the Hermitage.

Friendship Force is an organization dedicated to building global goodwill through personal friendships made during international exchange programs.

The Russian visitors are spending two weeks in the homes of local members as part of one exchange. To give them a taste of local culture, the club will have a chili cookoff.

The meeting is free and open to the public, though reservations are suggested. Call (727) 785-2342.
