Today's Deed Restriction

By Times Staff Writer
Published October 17, 2003

Homeowners in VillaRosa cannot put on their own garage sales.

But the community holds two such events every year, in the spring and fall.

Volunteers receive applications for participation, prepare participant maps and can collect fees, as appropriate. The volunteers also handle advertising and arrange for signs to be posted.

The signs appear in the common areas, not on individual properties.
