Clearwater Jazz Holiday: The four-day festival at Coachman Park in downtown Clearwater continues Friday with the Michael Ross Quartet from 6:15 to 7:30 p.m. Friday; Largo featuring Gast Waltzing from 8 to 9:15 p.m.; and Paquito D'Rivera's Brazilian Dreams featuring New York Voices from 9:45 to 11 p.m. It continues Saturday with performances by the On Que Players from noon to 1:15 p.m.; Jimmy Bruno from 1:45 to 3 p.m.; Matthias Lupri from 3:30 to 4:45 p.m.; Organissimo from 5:15 to 6:30 p.m.; Jon Cleary from 7 to 8:15 p.m.; and Lizz Wright from 9 to 10:30 p.m. Sunday, don't miss the Ruth Eckerd Hall/Clearwater Jazz Holiday Youth Jazz Band at 1 p.m., Kristin Lomholt at 2:20 p.m., Denny Jiosa at 4:15 p.m., the David Hazeltine Quartet featuring Eric Alexander and the Herbie Hancock Trio. Outdoor movie: Grab a blanket and settle in for a free showing of Invasion of the Body Snatchers at dusk Friday at Pioneer Park, Main Street and Douglas Avenue. Before the film starts, the Classics will play oldies music. Admission is free.

THIRD FRIDAY EVENT: Join the city of Safety Harbor for shopping until 9 p.m., as well as dining and entertainment. PICNIC IN LARGO CENTRAL PARK: From 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, enjoy a weekly Candlelight Picnic in the Park. Tablecloths and candles will be provided, and the sound system will feature a different artist, group or decade of music. This week honors Mick Jagger, Tina Turner and Rod Stewart who are celebrating their 60th birthdays. Admission is free.
