Prudential Tropical Realty Commercial Services announces the sale of a 1,400-square-foot office building and land at 10314 Little Road, according to Matt Shaw and Armando Flores, who handled the transaction. The building owned by Hugh Umsted P.A. is on 1.26 acres and was sold to Little Shire Properties L.L.C for $225,000. Umsted is moving to Gulf Drive in New Port Richey.

Nora Robbins is the new front desk manager for Gulf Coast Family Eye Care. She has been in the optical field for 18 years. Gulf Coast Family Eye Care is a full service optical center in Ridge Plaza, 8505 Little Road, New Port Richey.
