COWBOYS: Sunday marked Dallas' most lopsided victory since it beat Arizona 48-7 at home Oct. 22, 2000.

EAGLES: Brian Westbrook has rushing touchdowns in four consecutive games, the first Eagle to do that since Ricky Watters in 1996. ... Guard Jermane Mayberry isn't expected to play against the Jets on Sunday because of a strained elbow. All-Pro safety Brian Dawkins (foot) also is out.

GIANTS: Michael Strahan had two sacks, giving him 101.5 in his career. He is the 21st player to reach that milestone since the league started keeping the statistic in 1982. ... Guard Rich Seubert will be sidelined seven to eight months with three broken bones in his right leg.

PACKERS: Brett Favre has a touchdown pass in 16 straight games, six shy of the franchise record Cecil Isbell set in 1942. Favre's career best is 18 from 1997-98.

PANTHERS: Until Sunday, Carolina hadn't allowed a score in the first quarter this season. ... Receiver Steve Smith had a career-high 151 yards on 10 catches.

RAMS: Torry Holt has seven touchdown receptions, tying his most in a season with 10 games to go.

REDSKINS: Defensive end Bruce Smith had a solid outing in his first game at Buffalo since leaving the Bills in 1999 after 15 seasons. Smith failed to get a sack, leaving him two shy of breaking Reggie White's career record. ... Running back Ladell Betts has a broken left forearm and "could be out a couple of weeks," according to coach Steve Spurrier. Betts' arm was hit by a helmet as he carried the ball during the first half.

SAINTS: Joe Horn was flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct when he mimicked shooting a gun after scoring a touchdown. "I'm sure the league will have something to say to him," coach Jim Haslett said. "If he wants to dance a little, that's fine. But you can't be pulling out six-shooters or guns on the field."

SEAHAWKS: QB Matt Hasselbeck won for the ninth time in his past 12 starts. Since joining the team in 2001, he has won eight times when tied or trailing in the fourth quarter. The Seahawks and Bears were tied at 17 with 4:12 left. ... Shawn Springs, coming back from a broken shoulder blade, started for the first time this season. ... Reserve tight end Ryan Hannam needs surgery and will miss the rest of the season after tearing a ligament in his right knee. The injury and recovery will keep him sidelined six to eight months.

VIKINGS: Daunte Culpepper has thrown seven touchdowns without an interception this season.
