Halloween costumes used to be strictly for Oct. 31. But Coyle Smith, 8, trying on the werewolf look at Features Costumes in South Tampa earlier this month, was smart to be shopping early, since the dressup season hits its stride this weekend. There's Guavaween in Ybor City, the Nauti-Night Masquerade at the Florida Aquarium, Howl-o-Scream at Busch Gardens, Zoo Boo at Lowry Park Zoo, Pirate Island at Sunken Gardens, and haunted houses and early trick-or-treating all over the the place. See our cover story and the Get Away listings for complete information.
