Team Pop Trivia

By GINA VIVINETTO
Published October 30, 2003

This week's winner: Karla Kubisz from Homosassa knew that "Weird Al" Yankovic paid homage to the television sitcom I Love Lucy in his hit Ricky (a parody of Toni Basil's Mickey).

This week's question: Friday is Halloween and many spooky pop songs have been written about the holiday. Take, for instance, Ministry's 1984 classic Everyday is Halloween, in which the song's bedeviled narrator from the onset informs us that he lives with "things that go bump in the night," as well as two other creepy housemates. To enter your name in the random drawing for the Weekend T-shirt, identify the two other housemates.

Fax entries to Team Pop Trivia, 727 892-2327, e-mail gina@sptimes.com or mail to: Team Pop Trivia, c/o Weekend, St. Petersburg Times, P.O. Box 1121, St. Petersburg, FL 33731. All mailed entries must be postmarked by Friday (the day after we ask the question). Faxes and e-mail by noon Monday. Include full name, address, phone number and T-shirt size.
