Bottom line

By ROGER MILLS
Published November 2, 2003

Teams are 23-2 when holding opponents to below 10 points this season. The Browns own both losses, losing 9-6 to Indianapolis in Week 1 and 9-3 to New England in Week 8. Cleveland is 3-5, its worst record after eight games in Butch Davis' three years as coach. In six of those eight games, the Browns have scored 14 or fewer points.
