TAMPA - A three-month investigation led to three drug arrests in Tampa on Tuesday morning, authorities said.

Hillsborough sheriff's deputies and Tampa police arrested Shaun Anthony Francis, 21, Dale Craig Hinds, 27, and Floyd Constaniel Edwards, 31, about 11 a.m. near 22nd Street and E Busch Boulevard. The agencies had worked together for three months investigating the men, deputies said.

Francis, of 3203 E 25th Ave. in Tampa, was charged with two counts of delivery of cocaine and four counts of trafficking in cocaine. Records also show Francis was arrested and charged with possession of cannabis in January 2001. Hinds, with no known address, and Edwards, of 1010 Daisy Lane in Weston, were both charged with conspiracy to traffic in cocaine, deputies said.

Detectives took about 681 grams of crack cocaine, 127 grams of powder cocaine and a 1997 Ford F150. Deputies said the street value of the cocaine was $28,500.
