Team pop trivia

By GINA VIVINETTO
Published November 6, 2003

This week's winner: Kevin McVan of Clearwater knew that the narrator of Ministry's Everyday is Halloween lived with (1) snakes and (2) lizards and "other things that go bump in the night."

This week's question: Today would be the 62nd birthday of the late, great Texas roots rocker Doug Sahm. In the early 1960s, Sahm paired with the organist Augie Meyers for a lifetime of musical collaborations. To enter your name in the random drawing for the Weekend T-shirt, name the influential band the duo founded in 1964.
