Things that make you go Hmmm ...

- Remember how Ricky Williams led the NFL in rushing last season? He has averaged 58.3 yards rushing in his last six games.

- Despite struggling through last season and this preseason with injuries, Titans DE Jevon Kearse has at least one sack in six consecutive games and has 81/2 for the season.

- Since 1970, nine teams have been 9-0. Seven made the Super Bowl. Five won it.

- When Doug Flutie, who turned 41 in October, ran for two touchdowns in a win over Minnesota last week, he became the oldest player in NFL history to have two rushing scores in a game. It was also the first time Flutie rushed for two touchdowns in an NFL game.

- This is a passing league you say? Currently, there are five backs with a least 95 yards a game and 5 yards a carry, which never has happened this late in the season. They are the Ravens' Jamal Lewis (1,156 yards, 128.4 yards/game and 5.4 yards/carry), Packers' Ahman Green (1,063, 118.1 and 5.3), Panthers' Stephen Davis (992, 110.2 and 5.2), Chargers' LaDainian Tomlinson (942, 104.7 and 5.5) and Broncos' Clinton Portis (793, 99.1 and 5.1).

- Tony Dungy has defeated 31 of 32 teams in his career. If he beats the Jets today, he'll have a clean sweep. Bill Parcells also has 31. He hasn't beaten the Texans.
